These terms are the agreement between you and Tasha Amanda, who operates Self Dictionary from Indonesia. By creating an account you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy. They apply wherever you use the site from; where your local consumer law gives you more protection than these terms, that protection applies.
Self Dictionary produces written readings about a person's patterns from their birth details, using calculation systems (Western astrology and numerology) and an AI writer. It is made for self-reflection and entertainment. It does not predict the future, diagnose any condition, or give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Decisions about your life are yours; if you need professional help, see a professional.
You may add up to three people to your account. Only add someone else's birth details with their permission, and only for adults. Do not use their readings to harass, judge, or make decisions about them.
Four areas of each dictionary are free. The remaining areas can be unlocked one at a time or all at once as a one-time purchase. Prices, currency and any applicable tax are shown in the checkout before you pay. Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, under their checkout terms.
A purchased reading is written and delivered the moment you unlock it. By unlocking, you ask for immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, where the law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content (for example 14 days in the EU and UK), it ends once delivery begins. Independently of that, if something goes wrong with a purchase, the reading does not appear, or it is clearly not what was described, write to hello@theselfdictionary.com within 14 days and it will be put right or refunded. Gift codes are valid as described when issued and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your readings are yours to read, keep, download as PDF, and share as screenshots. The calculation systems, the writing method, the interpretation tables, the glossary and the site itself belong to Tasha Amanda. Do not copy the site, extract its content in bulk, or resell readings.
If you opt in, the text of your Shadow Loop reading may be shown anonymously to other readers as the "other" reading in the test. You can opt out at any time and it is removed from the pool.
The service is provided as it is. It may change, pause, or stop. Reasonable effort goes into keeping it running and keeping your data safe, but there is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of any particular result from a reading. Readings are generated automatically and may contain mistakes.
To the extent the law allows, Tasha Amanda is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Self Dictionary, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, and nothing here removes the statutory guarantees consumers have in their own country.
You can delete your dictionaries at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. Accounts that break these terms may be closed, with notice where possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country whose law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts under your own law, you keep that right. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Before any formal step, write to us; most problems are solved by email within a few days.
